“Quantitative analyzes in intelligent business processes with emphasis on transformational trends”

Abstract:
Technological developments, especially information technology in the last two decades, have affected the management practices of organizations. In fact, the new era, which is known as the age of information or informatics, promises a new world with methods of using information. The presence of transformative technologies such as the Internet of Things allows the extraction and collection of data that was not possible in the past. Artificial intelligence makes it possible to analyze large data in a short time. Therefore, data analysis using analytical models is very important in the new era. In this special issue, a variety of quantitative models related to business process management are examined with emphasis on these technologies. Business-related processes such as supply chain, distribution processes, production processes, sales and marketing processes will all be within the scope of the research.
